I've Been Tagged

So I've been tagged by two people now, Kim and Darlene So here we go! The rules are as follows:
1. Link to the person that tagged you.
2. Post the rules on your blog.
3. Share six weird things/habits/quirks about yourself.
4. Tag six others. And let them know they've been tagged.

Okay, so here are my weird, random things:
1. In college I was a fencer. Yep, sword fighting!
2. Last week I had bilateral knee surgery after having chronic knee pain for 5 years. I sure wish I did it sooner!
3. When I was a kid I dressed up my hamsters, placed them in little scenes using my Barbie goods, and photographed them.
4. I like to drink pickle juice straight from the jar.
5. In high school I made a whole scene of army men in the back window of my car. Complete with AstroTurf cut to the entire size, tanks, and cut up men covered with red nail polish. I was voted most unique car for the year book.
6. My favorite food is Beet Soup. It's a Lithuanian food (I'm half Lithuanian), it's eaten cold, and is the color or Peptobismol.

So the sushi pendant and Kryptonite already sold, but I'll make more :).

So the funky resin is fun, but I missed my vintage :). So I incorporated the two! Vintage baby spoon and resin pendants! I'm calling this my "Vintage Soup" series!

More fun and funky Resin on Etsy. This first one I call my Kryptonite ring! Isn't that what it looks like? And the sushi pendant is so funny isn't it? With real rice :). The last photo is not resin, it's a vintage button ring.

Edible Art

My friend Bianca is coming over tomorrow so we can work on our ATC swap cards for this Saturday. I thought we could use a sweet treat to go with our art making, so I made these. They just make me smile :).

Due to a recent surgery I have some time off work, so I figured now would be a good time to do this. Any blogger can get a FREE digital collage sheet from my store, but there is a small string attached :).

These have several possibilities: You can collage under the acrylic, glue to the BACK of the setting, and secure to your paper or fabric by punching through with the prongs and setting. OR you can place your collage and acrylic inside the prongs and set. You can then add a pinback, pendant bail, or glue to a collage/assemblage piece!

Retro RESIN Cafe' Art!
