Back in Stock and Sandy's Creations

I wanted to let you know that I have several blonde antique German doll heads back in stock! The blondes are much more rare and tend to run out faster. Available HERE in ex-small, small, medium and large! And as always, I offer an optional cutting fee so they are ready for your project.

I'm also delighted to share these amazing butterfly girls created by the talented Sandy Camarda! She made them to give as gifts, and I think they are just so adorable. Thanks for letting me share Sandy!

More Journal Pages by Bianca

I have more fantastic journal pages by Bianca Mandity to share with you! In the above page, Bianca incorporated the Wing stencil and the Large Onomotoholes stencil.

This has to be one of my most favorite pages with one of my most favorite stencils. The lady is the Bus stencil and I'm not sure why, but I love her. Bianca also used the Small Bulge stencil and the Numbering with Block stencil.

Studio Redo March 2011

My studio was a mess. I'm sure you can relate. It was time to do something about it!

I brought this "new" table into my studio. It belonged to the late and amazing Mike Meador, and it's my honor to be using it. It's a beautiful, heavy wood. I'm hoping some of Mike's creative brilliance comes my way.

It's much bigger than my other table and I decided to move it in front of the window so I can let in fresh air when I'm working with resin etc. Also, I will no longer have to stare at a wall.

I was worried the room would look smaller, but I actually have more more space! Especially working table space. I'm sure it won't stay this clean for long, but for now I'm enjoying it.

Bloomington Handmade Market!

In the next few weeks I'll be busy making jewelry for this awesome show on April 2nd. It's a fantastic event that you should not miss. Lots of crafty goodness available for purchase and it's FREE to the public. The postcard art was created by the talented Sally Harless of Sadly Harmless. I absolutely love octopi!

New Stencils

I created a few new stencils! "Hello Deer" was created per the request of the famous Maryjo Mcgraw! I'm sending a Coffee Break Design trunk show to the North Idaho Rubber Stamp and Paper Arts Festival and she thought some deer, bears, and moose (not meese) would be a hit! So there you have it. After seeing the below creations by Bianca Mandity, I'm convinced they were a good idea! You can buy your deer here.

As Bianca has shown us above, you can use just the antlers on an image. Love. Or below, you can also use the punch out deer that comes with the stencil in your art. The above sample also uses the Night Sky stencil and Large Optical stencil.

Gotta love that doe too.

The above stencil I created for Cassandra's wonderful Marie event, to put in the goodie bags. While her wonderful event is over, you can still have your cake and stencil it too (sorry, couldn't resist). Here.

I leave you with another fantastic sample by Bianca using the Cake stencil and Night Sky stencil. If you are like me, you really want some cake now :).

Coffee Break Design at the Indianapolis Heirloom Show!

Today was day 1 of Heirloom! Boy am I exhausted, but also had such a blast and met lots of wonderful people!

I had tons of stuff, even more than I could put out on display. Now you see what I've been working on for the past few weeks. THIS is why I've been so quiet!

Me.

I have such wonderful friends. Bianca (below) and Joanie helped me the entire day and were so awesome talking to the customers and selling! I could not have done it without them. As you can see, we had some laughs too.

Here is Joanie telling me not to take her picture. But I LOVE this picture and had to share. Joanie was AMAZING the entire day, not only with the customers, but she also took care of Bianca and I. She fed us Peeps and brought us big bottles of water, each with our initial on top. You can tell she is a mom, and a great one at that.

These are the CBD name tags I made for us!

Round 2 is tomorrow. If you missed the show (or just want more) don't forget you can buy the Coffee Break Design products and many other wonderful goodies in my shop! I will be back to packing and shipping orders on Monday.
