One World One Heart 2011

It's that time of year again for One World One Heart where hundreds of bloggers participate to meet, mingle, and of course offer a fabulous door prize. This will be the fifth and final year, so be sure to participate your heart out! The link above will lead you to the participating blogs!

For those of you who don't know me, my name is Kristin Hubick and I'm a full time crafter and shop owner. I live in Indianapolis where I run my two online businesses, Retro Cafe Art Gallery and Coffee Break Design. I also create many things, but my latest passions include jewelry making and creating with Antique German doll parts. I do several art/craft fairs throughout the year and I enjoy every minute of it. I live with my fiance' Chris and my miniature pinscher, Zeus, and I'm looking forward to meeting YOU!

Now, for the giveaway! I'm giving away Eleven (in honor of 2011) digital collage sheets created by me from Retro Cafe Art Gallery! If you are the winner, you can either pick them or let me pick them for you if you like surprises.

To enter, all you have to do is LEAVE A COMMENT on THIS post! That's it! Be sure to leave me your email so I can contact you, should you win. International players always welcome!

Deadline to enter will be February 16th, 2011 at midnight and I will announce the winner on February 17th! I will use a random number generator to select the winner. Good luck!

xoxo, Kristin

Bianca's Journal Page

Check out this amazing journal page by Bianca Mandity! She used several Coffee Break Design stencils including Muy-Walk, Onomotoholes Small, and Wings. I especially love how she created a shadow effect with the men on the sides of the page! And of course she colored to page with Copic markers. Thanks for sharing Bianca!

Etsy

One of my New Year's resolutions has been to spend more time adding my jewelry to my Etsy shop. Often when I'm at art/craft shows people ask if I have a shop. I do, but it's never very stocked. I worked on that a bit today. You can see the new listings HERE.

Chenille Ornaments

Just wanted to share a pair of sweet gals I made with some German China doll heads. I was commissioned to make these by a lovely lady from Etsy.

New Chipboard Houses, Bianca's Book, and Giveaways!

I have several fun things to tell you about today! First, I want to introduce Bianca. She is going to be representing Coffee Break Design, creating wonderful projects using our products! We couldn't be more thrilled. Bianca is an amazing Copic instructor/designer and she is also a certified Ranger instructor. Additionally, Bianca works for Copic Markers in the Fine Art division. Below is one of her pieces, which she colored using, you guessed it, Copic markers!

I wanted to share this adorable new product by Coffee Break Design. Sweet 7/8" Chipboard Houses, which you can get HERE.

Bianca created this amazing TINY book using the Tiny Chipboard Houses. She also used Coffee Break Design Stencils to make the birds out of shrink plastic! Simply stencil the birds onto the shrink plastic, cut-out, then shrink as directed! The book looks much bigger here that it actually is! It's under 1 inch. I'll have to take a picture of it in my palm once I see it in person!

Bianca will be creating a few more projects in the next few days so stay tuned! Also, be sure to check out her blog for the Copic Blog Hop. There are several giveaways involved!

A Few Pieces

Just wanted to share a few pieces I made for IndySwank! I always forget to take photos, so I'm trying to be better about that!
My favorite is the ring with the brightly colored roses. It makes me think of Frida Kahlo.
